I have a question for you all!

Sorry I keep making random lame text posts, but I was seriously considering changing my blog name, and I think I will. I was thinking about it the other day actually, and I thought, since I go to the park quite frequently (almost every day) to take photos, and to enjoy my afternoons, I thought maybe the title "A Walk in the Park" might possibly may be a good name? I made that the title of one of my blog posts the other day, but I think it would be a good blog title. Can you all please give me your opinion? Thank you in advance. xx

MY BLOG IS NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

It may not look like it, but it is! Tomorrow I will be changing a lot about my blog, quite possibly even the name! I kind of feel like Lovely Vintage may not be the most original name for it. Although I feel that it fits my blog, I see many blogs with the word "Vintage" in their blog names, and I feel like this may be possibly hurting my blog in ways due to possible lack of creativity/originality. What do you all think? Leave me comments! Thanks! xx - Carly

Another Wave From You

Another lovely afternoon in the park! I'm am so glad today is Friday! I know I have been posting looks everyday this week.. but I'm afraid I won't be posting Saturday. I may post a look on Sunday.. but I doubt I will be. I'm sorry! Saturday I will be taking a day trip to Walt Disney World and Sunday I will be extremely tired, and I won't be in the mood to take photos and post an outfit. I will make some sort of post, though.

About the outfit, I bought this romper the other day at a thrift shop for only $2.98! I was so excited when I found it, and I love the way it looks on me. It has a nice little floral print, and in my opinion I think it the perfect spring piece for my personal style. I paired it with some black pantyhose and my black and white saddle oxfords that I bought from Urban Outfitters about 3 years ago. It is simple, and it is probably not as nice to everyone else as I think it is, but I am in love with this outfit! Thanks for looking, and have a lovely weekend! xx

Somebody That I Used To Know

It looks in the photos as if I was out in the park on a typical foggy morning. Too bad it's actually smoke! There are some forests fires not too far from my city right now, and the wind keeps blowing the smoke our way! The past few mornings I've actually been waking up to the smell of smoke in my room. It's horrible, and I wish it would just go away! I love seeing beautiful, sunny spring days, and being able to smell nature's lovely scents when I'm in the park, not the smell of smoke.

On to the outfit, I wanted to pair up a girly, flowy dress with all black. So I wore my red dress, and my tights, heels, jacket, and hat were all black. I think it really helps make the dress stand out more, and it is a great look for all times of the day! With all of the black on it looks like I was probably hot and uncomfortable in the outfit, but it was actually very comfy! The heels do get a bit uncomfortable after a while, though.

Have a lovely day, and thanks for reading! xx

Chelsea Girls

It is finally half way through the week, how exciting! Today I got out of school early, so I drove around and looked in some thrift shops and boutiques, and after that I went to the park to take some photos of my outfit! When I got home though, I went to upload the photos to my desktop computer, and my computer wouldn't turn on! I cried for about 30 minutes, but now I'm feeling a bit better, and this weekend hopefully I'll get it fixed. Besides that, I had a pretty good day. I'm really tired though, so I think I'll head off to bed. Thanks for reading! xx

Country Mile

Another lovely day in the park! I am so ready to jump into summer with this outfit! I love spring so much, except my allergies are horrible! Almost everytime I go outside now I end up sneezing so much! I am also ready for summer to be here because this school year is so close to being over with, and I am being to become very lazy with my classwork and such. I have only about 40 more days until summer break, and I am so exicted! I can't wait to get a summer job, hopefully open up an online shop, read a lot of books, take a lot of photographs, and go to the beach with my friends!

On to the outfit, I feel like this probably should be more of a summertime outfit rather than a springtime outfit. I love the cool blue tones in this outfit though, and I especially like the bright pop of colour with my coral coloured shoes! Hope you enjoy my look! Have a lovely week xx

Suns Irrupt

It was actually pretty chilly outside the other day! It looks like I'm all dressed up for fall/winter again, but I promise that was only temporary! I will be posting a much more spring-y/summer-y outfit later on in the week! Sorry this is a short post, I don't have much to blog about, I am way too tired to think! I need to catch up on some sleep now, so enjoy! Hope you all have a lovely week xx

Blue Jeans, White Shirt

Hello! I went to the park today to get some photos of my outfit, and it was so windy! I originally had my hair in a braid, but I decided I didn't like it, so I just took it out. After that, my hair was everywhere! It was really hard getting any photos where my hair wasn't completely covering my face. Along with that, the wind was constantly blowing that hat off of my head! (That is why I posted a photo of my hat on the ground, haha) But besides all of that, I had a lovely time at the park and I think I got some pretty nice photos!

Thanks for looking! Have a lovely day! xx
