Bold in Blue

Wearing: Bunny sweater c/o Sugarhill Boutique, Forever 21 blouse, Striped skirt c/o Aeropostale, Blue Nila Anthony color block bag c/o Handbag Heaven, Blue customizable heels c/o Nina Shoes.

So, it all started out, I wanted to find a way to cleverly jazz up this adorable bunny and gemstone sweater from Sugarhill Boutique. My trusty blue blouse here is always a good go-to when I'm looking to layer, so I layered it underneath my sweater. That was it. Just a simple pop of pale blue in what I thought was going to be a monochrome outfit. Then, I looked at my handbags, and there it was, the PERFECT match to my blouse, this big color block bag from Handbag Heaven! I felt really accomplished with my perfect pairing of blues here, only to look into my closet, and see my blue Nina heels! A different blue, but it worked oh so well. Yes, that was exactly how I accidentally paired  together the perfect mixture of blues to help my outfit pop today. Man, do I love when I just randomly put together last-minute outfits that I grow to love so well! Hope you all like it, too!

Cigarettes and Coffee

Wearing: Forever 21 sweater dress, Tights c/o Zohara, Black bag c/o T-Shirt and Jeans, Call It Spring black pumps, Vintage three strand pearls, Michael Kors watch.

I may have mentioned it before, but I'm really trying to focus my style towards a more classic look, and lately my purchases have reflected that. I've been buying a lot of monochrome clothes (by that I mean tons of black) and staple pieces. I loved this black sweater dress from F21 so much because it's classic, yet very modern and it's so comfy and chic! I paired it with these adorable gold + black brocade detail sheer tights from Zohara and black accessories. This outfit made for such a comfortable and cute evening look!

Sporty + Girly + Grunge

Wearing: Lace graphic top c/o Fevrie, Plaid shirt c/o Aeropostale, H&M faux leather pants, Call It Spring red heels (on sale for only $17.99!), Vintage Gucci bag, Michael Kors watch.

I originally imagined this outfit without the plaid shirt, but it was a bit cool out today so I had to put something on over my outfit! I was thinking about a jacket but didn't want to cover up my adorable shirt from Fevrie too much, so I threw on this plaid shirt from Aero! I was definitely giving off mixed vibes of a sporty chic mixed with rocker grunge look, but I loved it! Of course I had to carry my vintage Gucci with it... no matter what I wear I'm always carrying this bag. Such a classic and it matches everything so well!

Vintage Reds

Wearing: Mara Vintage Shop dress, Thrifted Stuart Weitzman loafers, Vintage Etienne Aigner bag, Forever 21 hat.

It's been a while since I wore a pretty vintage frock, and I automatically fell in love when I saw this one from my favorite vintage shop in Jacksonville, Mara Vintage Shop! I paired it with so many of my other vintage favorites, like this Aigner bag and Stuart Weitzman heels! I wanted to keep the red theme going throughout my outfit, even though the shoes and hat are more of a burgundy/oxblood.

ALSO - I apologize for lack of posts, truth is, it's been raining for the past few weeks so I've been unable to go take pictures! I've also been swamped with never ending homework for my new classes this semester, and I'm trying so hard not to fall behind! So I promise as soon as I can I will make some new posts! :(

Stripes in the Afternoon

Wearing: Graphic tee c/o QTee, Striped cardigan c/o The Mint Julep Boutique, High waisted jeans c/o Aeropostale, Call It Spring patent black oxfords, Nila Anthony bag c/o Handbag Heaven, Forever 21 hat.

I ran errands today in this laid back outfit, but I just love how the cardigan and accessories dress up my jeans and tee. By the way, can we talk about this tee? I custom made it on QTee, love the text and I've been dying for a cute graphic tee lately! Of course, I had to pair it with my lovely new striped cardigan from The Mint Julep boutique, which is so unique with it's button detailing in the back! This outfit was super comfy on this windy day and is a new lazy go-to outfit... it was so easy to put together and throw on!
